43% Salary Increase from For-Profit to Nonprofit in Weeks
“Mark has an incredible ability to help people find worthwhile causes and realize their goals. I originally met Mark while attempting a career transition from for-profit to nonprofit. I was underutilized and overworked. I really wanted to find a career where I could use my skills and develop professionally. Mark helped me understand how to use my interests and abilities to a greater purpose and worked with me to map out a satisfying and challenging career path. After taking the time to reflect on my interests and strengths, Mark taught me how to market myself effectively. The day after our second meeting, I sent in an application for a job that met our criteria within hours I received a phone call, asking me to interview immediately. Two weeks later, I was hired with a 43% salary increase and am about to embark on a new career path about which I am passionate. Without Mark, none of this would have been possible.”

Road To Employment
Within a week of meeting, I was employed at my first full-time position after struggling to find a permanent position for two years. I attribute the newfound confidence and sense of ease that I had in my interview to the time I spent speaking with Mark. Mark helped me to show my new employer that I would not only be an asset in the position but to the company as well. I recommend his services to anyone who needs guidance with navigating their job hunt both in the direction of where to start and how to execute.

Finally HIRED!
Mark guided me to view the interview process as a two-way street. He provided important tips on questions and answers to be discussed during an interview that helped enormously. After 8 months of interviews, the first interview after my discussion with Mark led to the call I was praying for. HIRED!

I am indebted to Mark McCurdy for all of the continued support he has given me through his counsel, resume preparation, and follow-up.
