Career Revolution (Most Common Package)

In theory, the transition from the for-profit sector to the nonprofit sector may seem a natural one, but thousands of people making this career transition find it to be difficult to make the leap. Below is an example of this 2-month package that could include:

Session one: 60-minute session to focus on what specific organizations/positions would be ideal for your unique background. The goal would be to come away with the top two roles/sectors to focus your job search. Homework before and after the session would be required.
Session two: 75-minute session to focus on updating your nonprofit resume and building a cause letter (cover letter) to help in getting more phone interviews for nonprofits or BCorps.
Session three: 60-minute to focus on updating and enhancing your mission statement/elevator pitch and updating your LinkedIn profile to build your brand and tell your story in the mission-driven space. As well as networking online to build more contacts in your metro area.
Session four: 60-minute session focused on a mock interview with key tips and strategies to gain more confidence and ask better questions. Ideally, we would use a recent job you have applied for this exercise.

Additional 1 Month Accountability Coaching Available: Weekly calls to connect on additional coaching for one month after session four, that could focus on job search, networking, interview prep, etc. needed. Great to help you continue to build contacts/connections in your local metro area too.

Nonprofit Career Acceleration – Career exploration, Strategic resume, and developing your Causeletter (cover letter)

With a tight job market, this package will help accelerate your nonprofit career. Coaching generally takes place weekly, this package includes:
